Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Hayya, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Description of Service

Hayya is a free Islamic prayer app that provides prayer times, Qibla direction, Quran reading, Duas, Tasbih counter, and the 99 Names of Allah. The app is provided free of charge with no ads and no in-app purchases.

Prayer Times Accuracy

Prayer times are calculated using established Islamic calculation methods (ISNA, MWL, Makkah, Egypt, etc.) via the Aladhan API. While we strive for accuracy, prayer times are approximate and may vary from your local mosque. We recommend verifying with your local Islamic center for important prayers.

Qibla Direction

The Qibla compass uses your device's magnetometer and GPS. Accuracy depends on your device's sensors and may be affected by magnetic interference. The compass is provided as a helpful tool — for precise Qibla direction, consult your local mosque.

No Warranty

Hayya is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that prayer times will be perfectly accurate for every location.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers of Hayya shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
